Rob at Burkhard Remodeling is really good at problem solving. I have a home in Perry that is now 100 years old and he helped create a functional kitchen that I never thought would have been possible. We went from a small closed-off kitchen to a space open into our dining area which created a nice cozy entertaining area. He took out an old booth and replaced it with a walk-in pantry! Mind you, all these with knob and tube, plaster walls, and any weird old house hiccup you could imagine lol!

Rob does a lot of work in the 55 and older community called Navarre Village. As a resident here, I know of at least 6 residents that have Rob do repairs for them on a regular basis. He always does a good job anytime I call him out. He installed new windows for me throughout my entire home, hung a ceiling fan, put a tv wall mount up for me, changed out my sink for a deeper one and put in a new faucet. I never feel weird about being a single older lady and having Rob some help as it feels like he’s my son. Good job Rob!

Burkhard Remodeling has done work for me and my wife at our old home in Bolivar and our new home in Navarre over the years. In Bolivar, we had a home for 45 years that was build in the 1870s. Imagine Rob’s delight working on that. But he did many repairs for us as we got ready to sell it and downsize including putting a new roof on the garage, getting rid wallpaper and painting throughout, changing the hot water tank, cleaning the gutters out, and orchestrating having a carpeting contractor come in and put new carpet down.
At the new place he made a custom cabinet for above our washer and dryer, installed behind toilet storage cabinets, and moved the thermostat for us. They do a good job and I always enjoy having them over.
